I began my professional career as a consultant at Accenture, where I participated in process reengineering projects and implementation of management software for different companies.
In the year 2000 I joined the Hazloposible Foundation with the aim of creating a project on the Internet that facilitates volunteering in Spain, emerges hacesfalta.org, which has become the reference website in Spain for volunteering and employment in the Third Sector with more than 600,000 users. In 2004 I was in charge of transferring this idea to the business world, creating a pioneering program in Spain for Corporate Volunteering in which companies that represent 50% of the Ibex currently participate. In 2007, I assume the position of General Director from which I seek to maximize the impact and sustainability of the foundation through a defined strategy, the establishment of national and international alliances and the strengthening of the team.
I also participate as a collaborating professor in the Institute of Social Innovation of ESADE and in the EOI, I am a member of the board of Fundación Civio and I was one of the founders of the Spanish Association of Executives and Councilors.
