Jennifer Diaz

Jennifer possesses deep organizational development and relationship management experience in traditional for-profit, not-for-profit, and socially responsible businesses. She is committed to increasing collaboration across sectors to impact serious social issues. In her role at Taproot, she helps corporate partners identify their greatest opportunity for social and business impact through pro bono service, and develops, launches, and enhances high-impact pro bono initiatives.  

Jennifer’s experience prior to Taproot gives her a depth of understanding about the skills required for an organization’s success, regardless of sector, as well as the pressing needs in the nonprofit sector that can be addressed through pro bono service. Jennifer worked in marketing and business development for Arabella Advisors, a national philanthropy consulting firm, where she developed and streamlined the company’s business development and marketing approach on a multitude of growth-critical projects. Prior to Arabella, she worked in account management at Abelson Taylor, a pharmaceutical advertising agency, where she guided clients and internal staff through pre-launch and launch processes. 

Jennifer received her Bachelor degree in Government and Sociology from Cornell University and her Master of Public Administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
